Conflict Of Interest Policy
Employees cannot establish with any business relationship that provides mutual or nonrefundable benefits with other third parties, including family members, friends or customers and suppliers. In line with this policy, employees of group companies should be careful about conflicts of interest that may arise due to close family members working in rival companies.
They do not allow gifts or offers of interest that could affect their decisions and consent or create a conflict of interest.
Company employees cannot work as "merchants" or "tradesmen" through direct or indirect means, cannot work in companies with which the company has business relations, and cannot work for another person and/or institution under any name, during or outside working hours for a wage or similar benefits.
It is unacceptable for employees to cause any loss Adonis and group companies by using their authority for their own benefit and/or the benefit of their relatives. He/she cannot derive director indirect personal benefits from purchasing and sales activities and all transactions and contracts to which he/she is a party.
Employees cannot borrow or lend money and/or goods/services for personal purposes from other persons and/or organizations with which the company has commercial relations.
The following points are taken into consideration in relations with customers: Even if it is in favor of the customer, no transaction can be made without the customer's information, and even if it is in favor of the company, customer weaknesses cannot be exploited and profit cannot be sought by providing incomplete or incorrect information to the customer.
Company personnel can’t accept any gifts, money, checks, property, etc. from other persons and/or organizations with which the company has commercial relations, which would put the
Corporate Solutions Group companies under liability. Can’t accept and cannot give.
All our employees are obliged to report any incident they detect regarding a conflict of interest violation. Failure to report or ignore a conflict of interest violation, even though a conflict of interest has been determined, is also considered a violation of the conflict of interest rules.
It is essential that any of our employees notify the communication channels regarding "Ethical
Consultation and Reporting" in case of activities that may create a conflict of interest or violation of ethical rules.
